The relationships Posy fostered resulted in solving many other unrelated problems and seizing opportunities that were invisible before. Satisfaction scores went up 6 points in the department that year.
The value of natural conflict
A non-profit was excited to expand their team and restructure, but instead of increasing productivity, conflict and rumors mounted.
