COMMITTED TO YOUR SUCCESS
For over 25 years, Posy Gering, M.A. worked as a communications and marketing specialist in the tech industry – as an editor for PC Magazine, a public relations manager for high tech companies such as AT&T, Intel, IBM and Microsoft, and in corporate change communications for Washington Mutual and T-Mobile. One powerful lesson she learned was how self awareness and relationships with others and processes were integral to getting things to "done" or preventing them.
Posy earned a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and completed a fellowship in Group Development from Seattle University. She earned her BA in Creative Process from Sarah Lawrence College. Through her education and storied career, Posy developed strategies that reliably produce better business interactions and transitions.
In 2009, she founded NextU, and has built it to be a trusted partner to small businesses across many industries. Her services include strategic planning, succession planning, process improvement, conflict management, as well as leadership and team coaching. Her goal is to help all the participants – current owner, employees, and new owners – build a successful next chapter. She knows that success is not just a cash payout, but a purposeful legacy and a life well-lived.
